I am an experienced people leader, trainer and facilitator with over 30 years working in Learning and Development and managing teams. I am passionate about helping people grow and develop through structured learning and coaching and mentoring.
I have worked in both private and public sector across a range of environments including customer service, regulatory processing, and production management where I have drawn on my training in Criterion Referenced Instruction and Accelerated Learning.
I am a professional member of the New Zealand Association of Training and Development (NZATD), where I have been an Awards Judge, and a past NZATD Training Award winner.
My philosophy is simple:

Flex Plans provide a set number of days/hours with a fixed fee that you can use for any combination of services within a 12 month period.

15 days - 120 hours
Ideal for larger teams wanting a combination of workshops and coaching.
Flex 10
10 days - 80 hours
Perfect for developing kaimahi who are starting their careers and will benefit from support across the year.
Flex 5
5 days - 40 hours
Ideal for specific project support or peer review activities.

Flex plan conditions
Flex plans include off the shelf workshops for up to 10 participants per workshop, additional participants by negotiation. On the job coaching of multiple people in a day can also be negotiated.
